07/00 China - Studied in a traditional teapot factory and designed tiles for a large tile factory. Also spent time with many contemporary Artists: Painters and Ceramists
03/97 grant to design and implement a two and a half month art program for Skamania School, a public 1-8 grade located in Skamania Washington
04/98 grant again to implement a two and a half month art program for Skamania School, a public 1-8 grade located in Skamania Washington. This includes a large 3 wall mural by the fifth a sixth grade class in the lunch room
1990-91 grant to travel for one year through Europe India, Nepal Thailand and Indonesia

06/98 Created a series of 12 murals for the community gardens in San Francisco in conjunction with SLUG (San Francisco League of Urban Gardeners)
07/95 Art in the Park : Portland, Oregon  Collaborative actionistic for people on huge floating canvas's hung between two large cedar trees in the woods

2005 Mooste Estonia,  Hole In The Day.  PS5 - PUBLIC / PRIVATE Mõtte- ja keskkonnakunsti talgud / International art event: Mooste, Põlva maakond, EESTI August 5-14 2005. 4 day long movement performance ritual fasting from food and water. 
2000 Portland OR  Directed a bus grieving performance in response to "collateral damage" committed against innocent bombs
2000-02 Bus Busting / Trams Formation : Portland OR
directed by Sara Mapelli and Ted Holdt (many times) actionistic laughing on a public bus or tram with 20 participants creating contagious waves of laughter to flow through the transit system
2001 Improvisation Presentation Mizpah Portland Or sound works presented by Ted Holdt Seth Neil mat marble and Jesse Engum
7/00         Boxing, Prindle WA Five person actionistic full contact boxing sound performance lasting nine rounds with microphones in the gloves and the sound being processed electronically
